Is there a required level to enjoy the facilities of the Alaïa Chalet?
All levels are welcome at Alaïa. Whether you are an experienced athlete or a beginner, the Alaïa Chalet facilities allow everyone to enjoy a sporting and fun experience. The staff, and in particular the coaches, are available to supervise the activities in each area.
Is there a minimum age to access Alaïa Chalet?
Yes, the Alaïa Chalet is available for children from 6 years old. However, children under 6 years old can also discover the facilities but under the supervision of their parents. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. For children aged between 12 and 15, a waiver of liability, duly completed and signed by a legal representative, must be given at the reception upon arrival. How long does an average session last?
Indoors, the sessions are one hour long and start on time. Outdoors, the session is unlimited.
Do I have to take my sports equipment to enjoy the facilities of the Alaïa Chalet?
You can take your own equipment. If you don't have one, we rent a wide range of the sports equipment for the different areas and in particular: skate, scooter, BMX, roller-ski and snowboard, tramp board/skis. For trampolines, non-slip socks are mandatory or rhythmic shoes. They can be purchased at the reception desk for CHF 3.00 per pair (which is reusable). To use roller skis, it is mandatory to bring your own ski boots or to rent them in a sports shop.
Can I take pictures or film at Alaïa Chalet?
Yes, the use of cameras in the Alaïa Chalet areas is allowed. However, it is important not to use your devices during the session. You can take pictures of yourself and your friends and share your experiences on your social networks. Don't forget to use the hashtag #alaiachalet and @alaia.chalet.
Can I bring an infant to the Alaïa Chalet?
Yes. Parents can take their stroller to the bar. Baby chairs are available, and our bar staff will be happy to reheat the food. A changing table is available in the disabled toilets on the ground floor.
What happens in the event of an accident?
The Alaïa Chalet staff is trained in first aid and can therefore deal with different emergency situations with the support of local agencies depending on the severity of the cases.
